🧠 The role
Join a fast-moving AI startup in Zürich as a Founder’s Associate: a high-responsibility, hands-on role working directly with the founders. You’ll be a generalist problem-solver, helping us scale product, sales, and operations while getting an inside view of company-building.

🔍 What you’ll do
- Drive go-to-market projects and help bring our software to customers
- Set-up and own scalable internal operation's processes
- Research, apply for, and secure grants and other non-dilutive funding
- Run market research and deep dives to guide product and strategy
- Lead recruiting efforts and support onboarding of new hires
- Jump into whatever challenge moves the company forward

🤝 This role is for you if
- You have a semi-technical background or strong intuition for AI and software
- Strong Excel/Slide skills
- You thrive in dynamic, fast-changing environments and like solving diverse problems
- You’re curious about startups, AI, and how companies are built
- Languages: fully proficient in both English and German.
- You take ownership, execute with urgency, and care deeply about results
